There are 3 levels of membership in Nepal Bullion Exchange.
There should be registered Corporations, Investment Companies, Private Limited Companies or Limited companies in order to be a member of Wealth Exchange by providing necessary documents and procedures set by the Exchange.
Clearing Members: Clearing Members are the companies who offers clearing and settlement of the funds for Trading Members and the customers / clients of Wealth Exchange. They are only MOA entitled to debit or credit the funds from client or Trading Members.
Clearing & Trading Members: Clearing & Trading Members are the companies who offers clearing & settlement of funds of their customers or Trading Members together with their margin or settlement of funds. These companies also have right to do the transactions or trading with the Exchange and also make clients like Trading Members. These type of members also have right to appoint Trading Members. These members also have obligation to clear all dues or margins of their associated Trading Members.
Trading Members: Trading Members are the companies who makes or appoints clients for Wealth Exchange and are responsible for all the trades of their clients. They have the responsibility to act on behalf of the client with their respective clearing members.
Procedure for being a Member of Nepal Bullion Exchange
All the companies who wishes to obtain membership are required to submit an application together with the necessary documents of the company.
- Certified company registration.
- Certified PAN/ VAT No certificate.
- Company MOA & AOA
- Authorized representative of the company together with the photo identity.
If the application is approved then, the companies need to sign the agreement and pay annual and one time membership fee in order to obtain membership and start business.
